We hebben een hele karrenvracht met superlatieven nodig om een beetje te kunnen weergeven hoe we de laatste week van september in Villa Padisah hebben ervaren.
Paradijselijke plek.
Uitzicht!
Comfort!
En het plaatsje Kalkan: hier is Turkije ECHT LEUK!
's Avonds dineren op één van de tientallen dakterrassen: heel bijzonder.
De omgeving (we hebben veel gezien)is echt schitterend.
Kortom: we hebben ons echt als een sultan gevoeld (wat is het vrouwelijke equivalent eigenlijk?).
Samen met Kees en Linda hebben we er een onvergetelijke vakantie gehad.
We komen terug.

"To be honoust: we've never booked a holiday villa which was so complete, comfortable, luxurious, enjoyable and hospitable as Villa Padisah. The house, the pool, the surrounding, the whole atmosphere in Kalkan, the many excursions and day trips we've made (thank you Ellie for the wonderful tips you gave us in your interesting excursion book!) In one word: superb! We can't wait till we come back!

My wife & I spent an excellent week at Villa Padisah in Kalkan last August 2009. This was not a basic villa rental, it was a home from home rental where everything we needed was provided and nothing was too much trouble. Ben and Ellie were available (if needed) and very helpful when asked. Ellie set up a very special late night arrival for us which was a great experience which we will remember for a long time (thanks Ellie).

Villa Padisah is well located, well furnished,has fantastic views and is close to great Restaurants and shopping. All made for a fantastic holiday experience.

Wat een fantastisch huis', op een prachtige plek en dan ook nog eens zo verzorgd.
We hebben al heel wat huizen gehuurd, maar dit zijn we nog nooit tegen gekomen. Aan alles is gedacht: Er ligt zelfs een manicuresetje in de badkamerkastjes. Eigenlijk is Villa Padisah meer een hotel, maar dan met de privacy en het comfort van een luxe villa. Ja, Villa Padisah is SULTAN-PROOF!!!

"We very much enjoyed staying at Villa padisah. We felt very welcome and the owner realy did everything to make the guests feel happy.
The welcome package was greate and they also offered salt and oil etc, those things which you don't like to buy for some days. Everything is there - swim mattresses, raincoat, sun umbrella CDs......
They offer a kind of "hotel service" without being at those crowded places. Also the area as greate as you have nice beaches, mountains, archaological sites, rivers.

Een week in Villa Padisah is eigenlijk veel te kort. We hebben nog nooit zo'n luxe vakantie gehad. In het huis ontbreekt het werkelijk aan niets. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien, zodat je ECHT vakantie kunt houden. Het huis is nog mooier dan op de website.

Het plaatsje Kalkan is erg leuk. Het is erg gezellig, leuke restaurantjes (en gelukkig geen sprake van massatoerisme).
De mensen zijn allemaal erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Kortom: alle ingredienten voor een onvergetelijke vakantie.

We loved Villa Padisah and Kalkan! Before visiting the villa we only had a little idea how it would be like
to stay in such a "palace".
When we entered the house, we were SO VERY SUPRISED. It was even greater than we expected!
We liked the entire ambiance very, very much.
We stayed there for 8 days, had a lot of fun and enjoyed every minute of it! We'll be back!!

Tip: use the swimmingpool every morning to wake up

Villa Padisah is the best property that my family and I have ever stayed in and we have just returned from spending a wonderful week there. It is extremely well equipped with extra thoughtful touches added to make us feel very welcome. (eg: the owner's sister waited until we arrived at 1am to welcome us and had a buffet prepared for my husband and I and our 4 teenage boys). Towels are provided and also sundries such as tea, coffee, eggs, milk, butter, bread etc which we really appreciated for our first morning in Kalkan. We did not hire a car as the villa is only 10 minutes walk from Kalkan itself where there are numerous restaurants and shops to be found. We would not hesitate to recommend Villa Padisah and we found the owner to be exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. The Kalkan area is a wonderful base for a holiday in Turkey and Villa Padisah a great home-from-home from which to explore it.

Beste Ben,
we hebben ongelofelijk genoten van deze vakantie!(14 t/m 28 juli 2007)
Zoals we in het gastenboek al schreven,was het huis een echt "paleis"!
Nooit eerder hebben we zo'n complete vakantiewoning gehad.
Het zwembad, het terras, de bedden, de verzorging, alles was af!
En Kalkan is inderdaad een parel aan de Middellandse Zee-kust!
Kortom: heel erg bedankt voor 2 heerlijke weken!
